Vaccines, Medical Neglect and Child Protection Services (CPS)

Daisy May
It is becoming widely known that immunization shots can cause minor to major side effects, from a rash to autism to death. Knowledgeable parents are concerned about the health of their small children, and in an attempt to do what they feel is best for the child are breaking state laws and becoming criminals. The Child Protective Services are legally overstepping God's law and removing the parent's rights and/or children in false cases of criminal child medical neglect.

Not only is there concerns about the mercury involved, there is legitimate worries about the live viruses themselves and especially in the case of MMR- a single vaccination with three types of live viruses- Measles, Mumps and Rubella. The horror stories about what can happen is not a myth, as the National Vaccine Information Center can tell you.

The Children Services Agency was supposedly birthed to 'save' all the children that are being hurt by uncaring parents. So here is the big question- why are Children Services abusing the caring parents that are concerned about immunization effects? Because the state laws allow them too.

In the 'land of the free', the United States, all fifty states have mandatory immunization laws. Although every state has at least one exemption, the rules regarding those exemptions are strict and sometimes impossible to meet.

Medical exemptions can be obtained by a medical doctor, and must be reviewed by the state health officials before exemption permission can be granted to the parents. There is two problems with this. One- the CDC has severely strict guidelines that must be met. Two- medical doctors are becoming weary of writing the exemption due to possible career tribulations in the future by investigations from state health and education officials. Yea- I said education officials!

Almost every state provides religious belief exemptions, but this does not mean that the exemption is any easier to get. The parents must hold personal religious beliefs that conflict with taking the vaccinations, but does not have to belong to specific religions. In about a third of the country, a parent can object to vaccinations on personal or philosophical beliefs.

Despite the CDC's claim that the vaccinations are safe, there is a National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to monetarily compensate those adversely affected by vaccines. However, the system is set up so that the government decides for itself who it will and won't pay.

However , the government does not seem to like people choosing what goes into their children's body. The Children Services are being called in by hospital staff and others in authority on parents that refuse to vaccinate for the crime of medical neglect. This is the same Children Services that frequently removes children permanently from their home with the flimsiest of excuses or evidence.

Medical neglect? How can it be neglectful to weigh the risks and find that the risk of infection is less hazardous? Monopolizing the citizens' health should be the crime, not alleged child medical neglect.

  • Vaccines are able to injure or kill an individual.
  • Parents are being reported to CPS for refusing to have a child vaccinated.
  • CPS is charging parents with child medical neglect for refusing to vaccinate.
Government forces these vaccinations on people, regulates and punishes those that refuse, then pays only those injured that they want to.

My daughter has not been vaccinated, and she has autism. I honestly don't know whether vaccines contribute to autism, but I do know that children can have autism without being vaccinated.

My daughter's right leg was affected because the nurse at the peds office flatly REFUSED to spread the shots out. The reason for putting it all on one inch of leg muscle was 'because he does it that way.' The ONLY time my daughter EVER got sick was after her vaccinations. The peds staffers said 'it happens.' They backed down after I demanded that they take on the liabilities related to vaccination. I'm lucky I have family members with legal backgrounds. I have, since then, refused to vaccinate my son until he is of school age. Also - be warned - thimerosal can be found in other clinical products designed for internal use, such as some saline solutions and injected medications.

Some of the worst things were tested first on babies because of the fact that they cannot do anything about it. Phen-phen was first tested on children in a hospital- just to see "what would happen." Keteg was tested in small babies with earaches. It ate peoples' livers in five days. Now doctors are participating in testing through a "monthly prescription guide" that details what meds to prescribe for what conditions for that month. Then they can report back on the results. A pediatrician's wife, outraged over circumcised Jews being killed, declared that ALL boys need this to happen to them so people don't select boys for death based on this 'surgery.'

By the way, my cousin is also Autistic, and he'll never live or function on his own since his is severe. Personally, I feel that the government loves vaccines because ruined children and adults will pad their pockets with mad cash, while they need life long treatment and intervention. Remember, the medical practice, as well as the psychological practice, are paying businesses. Rather than just correct normal illnesses, they must create some also in order to gain on people's misfortunes. I guess they delight in the money I make for them in being in therapy?

And because my parents blindly went along with the crowd, following state laws and getting me vaccinated, I suffer from Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism. Though I can function on my own and lead a normal life, I'll always need therapy, and I'll forever face extremely difficult challenges. I'll never vaccinate my children, and this is a decision I've made based on being very well informed. I'll break the state laws if it means stopping my children from leading the difficult life I do. Autism sucks, and it is hard to live with, no matter where you place on the spectrum.

I may have made an error with rubella- I think Whooping Cough is actually called something different. Feel free to correct me.

Very good information for parents! As a mother who chose not to vaccinate, I have learned how to deal. I have always claimed a religious exemption. If challenged, I start spouting off about how God forbids injecting our children with poisonous substances. My real objection is not religious, but acting like a religious nut keeps the schools off my back :). I also learned early that some pediatricians will not treat a child who is not vaccinated. Now when I search for a new doctor I call and ask. This saves lots of speeches. When my daughter was an infant, she got rubella (whooping cough). Vaccinated children in the town we were visiting were spreading the virus. My daughter became very ill. She recovered fully, and now has a natural immunity to this disease.

i hate the cps also, i think that eventually we will have a "magna carta" for them. we, the american parents, will not put up with this crap forever. the LORD commands us to discipline and raise our children in the fear and admonition of the LORD, but the cps is like a small dictactor ship that pretty much does whatever it wants to, sending out these "kids" with a social behavoir degree to grown parents. my cousin recently had a child removed for spanking them. i cant disagree with the cps more, and i despise them. look at all the school shootings that go on now, look at the behaviour of our teens, its because parents are scared to death of geting in trouble for making their kids mind. as i said WE WONT PUT UP WITH IT FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

Beth, it depends on the CPS agency whether they are going to make a big deal out of vaccinations. Your agency, while doing the right thing, is not the norm for CPS in the USA. CPS is a known constitutional violater and if I have my way, you and your agencies are going to be disbanded and rebuilt doing what you were supposed to be doing when it all began 30 years ago, before the federal financial incentives kicked in under the CAPTA and ASFA acts. I hate CPS and everyone involved with this unlawful organization. Hate them so much that one CPS social worker is going to sending her paychecks to us for the rest of her life and when she retires, my kids are going after her nice, fat pension. This is a warning, cross the line, lie, break the law, immunity will be pulled and you will be ostracized by the same organization that told you they would protect you.

I work in child welfare in PA. Vaccinations are not mandatory and we do not investigate parents who decide not to get their children immunized. Doctors often do call with this complaint, and if the parents have already made the decision to vaccinate (and are involved with us already), we will mention it to them. However, we do not and are not able to force them to give their child vaccinations.
