An honourable life on the streets, now no recuperation
once known as a stout hobo sovereign, king of the streets
quoting ostentatious balderdash, rapport with the crazies
labored breathing like an auger boring through my chest
incurable pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis
infections of both lungs and dura my only escapism
violent coughing fit invokes one final oscillation
hard life ends with the essential peace I seek
