Valantine Poetry

Sir V

As Sir Valentine dropping
notes
letters
gifts
to the jailer's daughter, knowing
he would die -

My love erupts out of me, for
you, with you, and unto you
enveloping you in a loving
warm
embrace that I could
be killed for but I
don't care.

As an orange is unwrapped and
peeled away -
my soft innards
has been revealed to you
and only you
my

Valentines day

The one holiday
that is true
sincere and
pure -

The one holiday that
is a
celebration of
love.

The one holiday that
is the truth
and not
created
by the

Liars on their lyres.

  • Poetry inspired and celebrating the great day of Valentines
Valentine was a real person who was dropping love notes and gifts to his jailer's daughter. He was killed for love and he didn't care, for love is the only true emotion and we should all be ok to die for it.
