Echo Lakes Stables in New Foundland, NJ. Located off 23 North, past Butler you may choose one of two options either a night ride or a horse and carriage ride. Night rides on horses that have appeared in movies such as Spiderman 3 and Enchanted are every Friday and Saturday night at 6 pm and last 1 and a half hours long (western riding). Located near the Cranford Hotel, this lounge has an extensive list including crepes, cheesecakes, gourmet teas, and Italian soda- - but is known for its Tuscan style chocolates and truffles. Donna's truffles are filled with items like champagne, balsamic, and other delicious items. Open on Saturday from noon-10:00 pm reservations are suggested and the restaurant is located on Eastman Street, close to the Cranford train station.
