Valentine's Day 2011 Flowers; How to Save Money on Them Right Now Using Codes and Coupons

Tricks in Buying Flowers on a Holiday

Angel Vee
Valentine's Day 2011 is creeping up and this means Valentine's Day flowers for that special someone. A lot of people like to go to the florist, however the flowers can cost you an arm and leg. Most florists around certain holidays jack up the price 2-3 times the normal price. Why? Because they can and have always done this.

I prefer shopping online. One you save time, two can choose what you want, and the most important part you can find coupons and flower codes to use with your order, especially if you'r already a member. Here's what to do. How to save on Valentine's flowers right now.

1 800 Flowers

So many fun ways to shop and look for those perfect Valentine's Day flowers. Choose from the best sellers, roses, love & romance, just because, gift baskets and food, or the Valentine's Day gift center which is broken down to 3 categories. Quick and easy, help me decide, or break it down.

I belong to a program called Fresh Rewards. Once you order flowers from this company you can earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent. Then by the time you need that next flower bouquet your points can end up being anywhere from $5-20 off your purchase, depending on how many times you have purchased throughout the months. For instance 200 points equals $20 dollars. Now that's a great savings don't u think?

One of the flower codes available for 1-800 Flowers for Valentine's Day 2011 is save %15 dollars by placing your order earlier. Simply put the code EARLYDAY when you check out. The deal expires on the 14th of February.

This website is also amazing. You can send flowers to Argentina, USA, Russia, Chile, Peru, Spain, Italy, China, and even Ecuador. This makes it so much easier for so many people who enjoy shopping online. Another thing that's great daFlores even accepts Paypal. Click on the country desired. I chose USA as choice where I can pick from best sellers, roses, flowers, under$40, $40-$60, or over $60 if needed. The flowers looks amazing, bold, and very vibrant.

I'm not sure of any coupon codes as of right now, but sometimes I have noticed some codes are still good to use after the expiration date. And this website tjoos.com ,has just that.

Now the trick in buying flowers for Valentine's Day is to shop early, don't order the vase, and opt for a variations of flowers instead of all roses. Why no vase? The price of course. For instance, you can get a bouquet of flowers say for $29.99, but if your adding a vase it can hike up the price by twenty dollars or more. Go to a cheap store and purchase one for under $6 bucks. Or if you are a flower person like me you have plenty of those clear white vases just hanging around waiting for flowers to be placed in them.

Good info! Hope the men are taking notes-haha, reminds me of a really old commercial for Tracfone (with Terri Hatcher) suggesting TF to be the ideal gift for Valentine's Day. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TxTHJC1TfQ) Soo not the case-maybe a net10 unlimited plan, with the smartphone, but TF? Seems a bit cheap skate to me! :)
Bring on those flowers, and some fresh ideas for gifts for men!
