With Valentine's Day fast approaching a lot of restaurants in Huntsville are getting ready for the rush. Many budget restaurants are gearing up for a better than average Valentine's Day celebration, with the economy in the crisis it's in, there will be a demand for eateries like these. many restaurants will be opening extra hours or having specials to accommodate their patrons Valentines Day. I will recommend four restaurant in different cuisine to satisfy even the pickiest eater.

Tellni's Pasta Market is a fine Italian pasta house which is located in the heart of Huntsville shopping district . It offers a large variety of pasta which patrons can combine with any of the many fillings and sauces to create a unique dish. Normal business hours are 10:30 to 9:30 weekdays and weekends they are open only for dinner . However, they will be open on valentines Day for lunch, no reservation is needed. Entrées start at an inexpensive $4.39 to $7.29, drinks and dessert are extra.

Another inexpensive restaurant is Oh!Bryan's Steak House, located in a quite part of Huntsville. This is a real Mom and Pop restaurant that have all the old favorite dishes on the menu. You wont find a lot of frills here but the food makes up for the lack of frills. the price is inexpensive with it's Valentine Day special being the 8oz sirloin steak served with 1 side, salad and toast for $9.99. Drinks and dessert are extra. No reservation needed, the dance floor will not be open but, there will be soft background music playing. They are open for lunch and dinner daily, closing time being 10pm

Chef's Table seem to be the big hit among people in Huntsville. it's a unique restaurant with a Spanish concept of Tapas. These are little individual morsel made up to taste, they are made of several items giving the patrons a chance to indulge in various tempting offer. Chef's Table will be featuring a Valentine's Day restaurant special, though not yet advertised it is slated to be delicious. Tapes are served at dinner only and the restaurant is open for lunch and closes at 10pm. Setting is casual as well as the music, you'll find the setting to just right.

This is one of my favorite restaurants as I have visited it several times and have found it inexpensive. It is Mikawa Japanese Restaurant and it is filled with artifacts from Japan. The food is fresh and made right there for you, the whole experience transform you from your table to another place and time.This beautiful restaurant offers traditional Tatami room which is available by reservation only. They have a wide selection of Saki that'll suit every pallet. Japanese music is played while dinner is being served. Makawa has no Valentine Day dinner special but the food is already special. Restaurant hours are lunch, Mon-Sat 11:15-1:15 and dinner,Mon-Sat 5:30-9:30, close on Sundays
