With the winter holidays behind us, the holiday of love and chocolate will be upon us soon. If you have a wife, fiancée or girlfriend who is expecting, you can customize your gift to make this holiday even more special for her this year. Take a look at a few of these ideas for adding to your Valentine's Day gift for a pregnant woman and show her not only that you love her, but that you care about her comfort and well being, too.

Adding something special to the routine box of chocolates will never be easier. Belly Bars and Angel Milk are a great addition to the normal Valentine's Day present because they're packed with vitamins that women need during pregnancy and they taste great. Preggie Pops are also a great addition if you have a mommy-to-be with morning sickness. Belly Bars by NutraBella are snack bars made specifically for expecting mothers. These bars pack lots of nutrients including Omega 3, iron, and folate into tasty little packages. Four different flavors such as Mellow Out, Burstin' Chocolate, Berry Nutty Cravings and Baby Needs Chocolate will leave your mommy-to-be happy and healthy.

A twelve pack of Belly Bars can be found for $29.95 at the Baby Center online retailer or in your nearest Target store. Angel Milk is a nutritional shake designed just for pregnant women to get the nutrients they need during pregnancy with a great taste. These shakes are high protein, low in sugar, wheat free and contain vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, and also iron, magnesium, folic acid, and calcium. All of that and it still gets mom-to-be's seal of approval for a delicious taste with flavors like Pina Colada Dream, Chocolate Decadence, Caramel Latte, and Strawberry Passion. Angel Milk is available in 12 ounce cans with 12 servings each for $20.88 or a box of 12 single serving sachets for $30.88 from BellyGifts.com. Those single serving sachets are perfect for a busy expecting mother, but they'll need a place to hang out while she's on the go. That's why Angel Milk has a cute Shaker Cup available for $1.88 at BellyGifts.com, it fits 1 serving of Angel Milk perfectly and will keep powder measured from the cans fresh until she adds milk.

Three lollies has a wonderful product for expecting mothers: Preggie Pops. Preggie pops are all-natural lollipops that help take away nausea that most women experience during pregnancy. Their flavors include peppermint, spearmint, ginger, lavender, sour lemon, sour raspberry, and sour tangerine. These pops can be found in a three pack, with each pack containing seven lollipops, for $9.95 from the BabyCenter store. All of these gifts can be put together in a basket with a rose or two and some ribbon and make the perfect Valentine's Day gift basket that will show how much you care.

Making sure your love is comfortable during her pregnancy isn't always easy. That's why Boppy made the 24/7 Body Pillow-a gift for both of you. Her gift is finally getting a good night's sleep cuddled into this 360-thread count body pillow with her belly and top knee able to rest comfortably. Your gift is also being able to sleep, but now without being kicked in the side or eventually pushed off the bed. The only down side of this gift is having to give up a bit a bed-top real estate, but the comfort and sleep are more valuable at this time. You can purchase this specialty pillow for her at BellyGifts.com for $54.88. If you're looking to make her even more comfortable while at home, look no further than Bath and Body Works for their Sweetest Softest Robe on Earth. This robe really lives up to it's name with satin trim and "super-plush" microfiber. Seeing a store associate sport this robe around for a few moments before buying it herself was definitely a selling factor--especially seeing it unprovoked. They're on sale right now at bathandbodyworks.com for $39.50 and come in small/medium and large/extra large. This comes in five colors: Perfect Pink, Perfect Red, Perfect Soft White and Perfect Soft Pink and Perfect Lavender which are two colors that are only available on the website.

If you're thinking of jewelry for your Valentine's Day gift, BellaBluMaternity.com has two products you'll be interested in. The first is a sterling silver Waiting Band. What makes this band so special is that it is open-ended so it should last throughout the pregnancy and swelling throughout the day will not be a problem for her. These bands have sayings such as "always" and "one love, for life" engraved into the back on each ring. You can find these rings for $94 on BellaBluMaternity.com. On the same website, you can purchase a nice Mom and Baby Zodiac Silver Bracelet. This bracelet features two charms, one larger charm with mom's zodiac sign and a smaller charm with baby's zodiac sign, that hang from a silver cable chain. The website allows you to add charms to the bracelet for multiples for an extra fee per charm. These bracelets go for $159.99 for the base set (rope chain, one mother charm and one baby charm) with addition baby zodiac charms costing $59 each. If you are interested in this bracelet, keep in mind that it takes up to two weeks to ship so order early.

Other great gifts for a pregnant woman on Valentine's Day are lotion, oils, and bath soap. Tummy Honey has an excellent line of products that are natural and hypoallergenic. Bellygifts.com has the Tummy Honey Stretch Mark Prevention and Fading Gift Set for $59.98. The set includes Stretch Mark Prevention Butter that helps soothe the itchiness of a growing belly, Stretch Mark Fading Cream which fades stretch marks that already exist and helps prevent new ones from appearing, and the Tummy Honey Stretch Mark Prevention Stick which is a small, stick version of the first product convenient for toting around while out of the house. Please be mindful that although the packaging and labels say "Stretch Mark Prevention," the reason you would buy this product is for it's soothing effects as the itchiness associated with stretching is uncomfortable at times and that stretch mark prevention is just a very pleasant extra.

You may get a funny look or some choice words because the words "stretch mark" are on the packaging, but you can be prepared with your explanation of the soothing effects and, if necessary, a copy of this article. Two other cute products the two of you can share are I Love You Bubble Bath and Mommy and Daddy Overtired and Cranky Massage Oil. These two work great as a set and are pretty inexpensive per bottle. The I Love You Bubble Bath is hypoallergenic and uses high quality oils that users agree leave skin soft and a have a pleasant scent. One bottle is $12.50 at BabyCenter.com. Mommy and Daddy Cranky and Overtired Massage Oil contains sweet orange, chamomile, and tangerine oils. Great for a relaxing foot massage for your mommy-to-be. A bottle of this from BabyCenter.com is $10.95. Both of these products boast being gentle enough to use on baby, but consider staying with adult usage-especially with the bubble bath.

Pregnancy is an important time for her to feel as much love and support from you as possible. As you see, there are many options out there in buying for a pregnant woman on Valentine's Day to show you love her and care about her comfort. A combination of a few different items from this list will work perfectly as well.

That's the crappiest idea for a Valentines Day present I've ever heard. Whoever wrote this clearly needed the money.
