There was a time when I didn't know your name.
When I could have passed you in an airport or sat next to you on a bus, and never said a word.
How astounding that is to me now!
Now, the mere mention of your name, even in a song, makes me smile.
Now, the sight of you makes my heart do flip-flops
I think back on that time and wonder:
How could I have been me, without you?
And the answer, quite simply, is that I wasn't me, not fully...
until
I met you.
