In addition to overnight packages, a four-course Valentine's Dinner-for-two will be offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Feb. 14. It will include an appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert and a bottle of wine. The wine featured with the dinner is the new Bishop's Lodge label, "The Bishop's Lodge Vineyards Heritage Collection," including a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Chardonnay, a Merlot and a Brut from the award-winning St. Claire Winery in Deming, New Mexico.
The collection follows on the heals of the return of Bishop Lamy's own cultivated vine. This heritage vine is a French-origin Pinot Noir brought to the Bishop's Lodge by the Bishop in the mid-1800s. The vine continued to grow on the site until the 1960s when it was moved to Jacona Valley Vineyards 20 miles to the north and cuttings were planted at the resort in the fall of 2009.

Also, a "Valentine's Day Couple's Massage" will be offered all month. It is a 50-minute massage for two, with a choice of Classic or Custom Massage.
Available: The month of February. Appointments available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
