Valentines Day: Showing AC Love

Hello AC! I've been here at Associated Content since January 4, 2010 and at first I didn't understand anything. I thought getting paid for your articles were a promotional thing and you would just write for fun afterward. I wasn't too fond of that idea so I decided to email AC and ask what the real deal was. After getting confirmation, I decided to begin writing on January 31. I am a newbie at this and I have so much more to learn. There were a few people I met here at AC that welcomed me with open arms since the beginning of my journey and I thank them for that. Everybody that is new at something needs a guide or a few guides to help them along the way. There is a saying that it takes a village to raise a child. While I am not a child, I am a baby here at AC and I am being molded and shaped into a great writer as the days go by thanks to everyone here. I am one that is very stubborn and I have learned to humble myself to constructive criticism because that is the only way I will get better at what I am doing here.

Some people get Valentines Day mixed up because they think the holiday is only for a significant other. Valentines day can be for family, friends, significant others, or just simply a day to show someone some type of love or appreciation. Today I want to show my appreciation to my personal friends here at AC who have helped me along the way. Hopefully as the days go by I will gain more supporters and hopefully I will be able to return the support. The only way we as people make it is with the support of one another and without that how would we make it? We wouldn't.

Here are a few people I want to thank and give my appreciation to for your support in honor of Valentines Day. Abby Greenhill - You welcomed me with open arms and you let me know right away that if I needed you that I can contact you anytime. Thank you Abby. Briklin Stoffa - As others did you willingly offered your help to me. Thank you Briklin Stoffa. C. Jeanne Heida - What can I say about you? a mentor, a guide, a friend, someone to look up to. You help me anytime I ask with no hesitation and for that I say Thank You C. Jeanne. Catherine Spencer - Man oh Man. If anyone here on AC has my back Catherine Spencer does. She is there to answer my questions, judge my work, and just to give a kind word. Thank you Catherine Spencer. Dominique Williams - I just met her but immediately I got the cool vibe from her. She is a cool person and she shares. That is important. Sharing indeed is caring. Thank You Dominique.

Jan Corn - Someone who was there for me since day 1 in my journey. She is very successful here at AC but she is not cocky one bit. Thank you so much Jan. Jolie du Pre - She is one of the most down to earth people I've met so far. She is very helpful to me and is there on call. Thank you Jolie :). Marie Anne St. Jean - It took me just yesterday to realize she was here to help me since day 1 also! She is tough and straight forward and a great help to make something out of someone like me. Thank you so much Marie! Dotchi Latham, Your words of encouragement will forever linger in my thoughts. I thank you Oh so much because you were an inspiration letting me know my writing is not in vain. Thank you Dotchi. Marilisa Kinney Sachteleben - Marilisa is a sweet heart that is just so nice and helpful. She is that person you can go to when you are feeling like giving up and just the advice and encouragement will brighten your day. Thank you Marilisa. R.C. Johnson - One who I just met but I found out we have so much in common! We are family in faith and we are here to build each other up. "In his love" Thank you R.C. Johnson. Sandy James - one who stretched out her hand to help me at my request. Thank you Sandy. These are just a few of the people here on AC I give thanks for and show my appreciation to just for being there. People like you keep me going.
