Touch her, affectionately, daily. A simple touch keeps you connected. Showing her a little more kindness, on a regular basis goes a long way. The words "good morning" and "how was your day" and other caring inquiries will give her something else to think about.
Send her flowers at her office next Tuesday, because it's Tuesday. Do it again on Thursday three months later. Take an early lunch and deliver the flowers to her yourself or leave them with the receptionist. Better yet, surprise her and take her to lunch. Even if its for twenty or thirty minutes.
Try massaging her feet and scalp. Show her a little more kindness on a regular basis. She may love to read - buy her a $20 Amazon gift card. Give her time to read by fixing your own dinner. On your way to work you probably pass by many places that she may enjoy. On Saturday afternoon, take her there. Just be thoughtful. Have the audacity to show her how much you really love her, and don't expect anything in return.
She deserves your thoughts and your time that is dedicated to her interests. She deserves more than a Valentine.
