Valentines Story

One of the more awkward valentines day moments I have had was my 10th grade year in high school. I had this crush on my friends best friend (Anthony). I thought that if I would get close to Richie could get closer to his friend. So I was overly friendly to Richie and what not and we went and hung out at the mall with Richie, Anthony and a friend of mine. It was weird but me and Anthony just were more likely to date than me and Richie.

Valentines day rolls around and I sent Anthony a secret admirer sucker and note in school. But when I got to school Richie comes running up to me with a gift bag full of weird goodies. I felt so bad because I had not gotten him anything. So I have Richie all I had, a valentine box of chocolates my parents had gotten me. I felt bad but I really didnt like richie at all, just as a good friend. It was wrong of me and I will never do that again. I did feel really bad but it was so awkward having him give me a bag full of the most randomness things. I still talk to Richie to this day, he is gay now though which I figured. And as for Anthony we are currently dating going on one year now. (we didnt talk for a couple of years). Its funny how something awkward can turn into something great.
