Valero Gas Station Located in East Moriches, New York

Now I know it is possible to have a favorite pizza place, a hairdresser, a supermarket, etc...but does it sound so strange to say that I have a favorite gas station too? Well, in any event I am going to share with you my favorite gas station in my local town. Valero gas station in East Moriches is located right on Montauk Highway on the corner of Bay Ave. It is so conveniently located you can't miss it if you happen to driving on Montauk Highway in East Moriches, NY.

I used to go the Hess Gas station located on Wading River Road and the service road of Sunrise Highway, but it you have ever been there you would probably agree with me when I say it is so crowded! Any time you go there to get gas, you have to fight with the other cars trying to get gas. I am surprised there aren't car accidents at the Hess gas station. Therefore, I needed to find a new local gas station before I was the one who ended up in a car crash.

My husband actually discovered the Valero gas station in East Moriches, NY before I did. He just happened to stumble upon it one day and recommended I start going there for my gas. Well I took his advice and I went. Wow, what a huge difference from the crowds and the Hess Station. There was nobody at the Valero gas station. I drove right up to the pump without fighting three other cars. I got out and first noticed how clean the gas station was. Can you believe they actually have TV sets set up on top of the gas pumps? I have never seen that and I have been to many different gas stations in many different towns. I started pumping my gas and watched a little TV.

After I was done pumping my gas, I decided to go into the mini mart to get some cookies for my son. Here again I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the mini mart was. Not only was it clean, the man behind the counter was so friendly. It is quite the opposite at the Hess Station. I bought my cookies, thanked the man behind the counter and went on my merry way.

I have since been back to the Valero gas station many times. My husband and I both get our gas there now. Each time I have gone, I have been one of the only customers getting gas. My husband said that he has run into a few crowds there while getting his gas, but it didn't seem to matter. Everyone patiently waited their turn and there was no "car fighting." The prices at this gas station are comparable to that of other gas stations. They aren't the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. They fall somewhere right in the middle. I don't mind paying in the muddle as long as the gas station is clean, not crowded and serviced by friendly people.

If you live near the town of East Moriches, I would highly suggest trying out the Valero Gas Station. I haven't been disappointed yet.
