Vampire Wars Strategy Guide for Beginners

Become a Famous Vampire

Lainie
If you want to get on the leader board in the Facebook Vampire Wars application and become the most powerful vampire of all, it's first necessary to understand the mechanics of the game. If you've already started, you may want to consider starting a new vampire after you read this guide. Use this information to decide what's important to you in developing a Vampire Wars strategy.

First, you're not going to become powerful without a full clan. You should have 501 clan members. You can do this by adding the "Stone Cold Pimps" fan page to your Facebook. Don't worry about the nuisance of adding people you don't know and having your feeds littered with strangers. After you have both joined clans, you can delete them as your friend and they will remain in your clan until one of you removes the other, or you delete the application. Keep in mind, you don't have to add all 501 right away. You won't be able to utilize them all until you're level 100 anyway. You're able to use five clan members for each level. Take your level, multiply it by five and that's at least how many clan members you should have.

Decide what kind of vampire you want to be by thinking about what's most important to you. A Primeval will regenerate your health quicker. This is a good option if you want to fight other clans often. A Noble will generate blood faster. Blood is almost like money. So, you'll be able to purchase minions and acquire abilities faster. Your timer will be set at 54 minutes rather than 60. A Modern vampire will enable you to gain energy faster. This is great if you want to do lots of missions. The timer will set to 3:30 as opposed to 5:00. It's hard to say which one is better. Many have made a great argument toward each one.

For the first couple of levels, focus on gaining abilities by doing missions. Refrain from fighting. The goal is to do the missions, get the abilities and then fight.

At this point, you should also think about where you want your skill points to go. You will receive skill points every time you make a level. This is really the most important aspect of the game. If you're trying to get on the leader board by fighting, you shouldn't sink many points into energy. You'll need lots of rage (just keep in mind it takes two skill points per rank). You'll also need a high attack strength. No matter what your goal is, you need to invest points in health early on. Get enough health early on and you don't have to bother sinking points into it later.

When you start fighting, don't just go attacking people or your stats will suffer. Invest the time in looking for vampires that don't have a lot of abilities. Attack people that have a lot of minions because it's more likely they'll have blood for you to steal. Now, it's important to note that if you find someone who gives you a lot of blood, attacking them repeatedly may be a bad idea. They might get upset and send their clan after you or place you on the hit list. Stick to attacking them twice and move on to the next vampire.

Another point to keep in mind is to keep your blood in the blood bank. If a vampire finds they are getting lots from you, they might just come back and attack you regularly. If they're not getting anything, it's more likely if they attack you, they'll move on to someone else.

Keep in mind, to get on the leader board, you actually have to play throughout the day. If you log in once a day for two or three minutes, just forget about being on that list. Of course, there's nothing wrong with logging in once a day. But, if your goal is to be a famous vampire, that won't help.

Get involved in the game. Be social. That's what makes it fun. People who play this game tend to be very into it. So, stick by your clan and they'll be there for you too!
