Van Halen Extending Tour

I was extremely excited this summer when Van Halen decided to bring David Lee Roth back and go on tour again. So excited that I went across the country to see the first public performance in Charlotte, North Carolina. As I stated in my article about the concert it was wonderful and more than I had hoped for. Now it looks like the band will make it closer to me with another leg of the tour.

A postponed St. Louis show has been moved to 3-30-08, which was leading me to believe a second leg was in the works. This morning my brother in Houston called and informed me that the local media was advertising a Houston Show. The tickets go on sale 11-17-07 and the show will be at the end of January 2008, which I have not been able to verify through a Van Halen source.

The Texas market has always been good to Van Halen, and missing Texas would have been unthinkable. But it looks like they will make it and many more dates may start popping up. Maybe New Orleans will be on the list of new dates, if not then I will be in Houston. As soon as I know more I'll put it up.
