Vancouver is hosting the XXI Olympic Winter Games. With an opening date of February 12 and a closing ceremony on February 28, the Games consist of 86 medal events, cover seven Winter Olympic sports categories (Luge, Skiing, Skating, Ice Hockey, Biathlon, Bobsleigh and Curling) and span 15 Olympics medal sports.

If you don't want to miss a day of Shaun White or are eager to witness the rivalry between figure skating world champion Mao Asada of Japan and South Korea's Kim Yu-Na, use this quick reference guide for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Schedule. Vancouver 2010 Opening Ceremony Schedule (February 12, 2010)

Held at Vancouver's 60,000-seat BC Place Stadium and titled, "To Inspire the World," the production is designed to "tell the story of a contemporary Canada" - with a $20 million budget - according to the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Alpine Skiing Vancouver 2010 Schedule (February 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27)

Winter Olympic Events: Men's Downhill, Women's Super Combined, Men's Super Combined, Women's Downhill, Men's Super-G, Women's Super-G, Men's Giant Slalom, Women's Giant Slalom,Women's Slalom, Men's Slalom

Venue: Whistler Creekside, one of two bases for Whistler Mountain

Biathlon Vancouver 2010 Schedule (February 13, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 26)

Winter Olympic Events: Women's 7.5km sprint, Men's 10km sprint, Women's 10km pursuit, Men's 12km pursuit, Women's 15km individual, Men's 20km individual, Men's 15km mass start, Women's 12.5km mass start, Women's 4X6km relay, Men's 4x7.5 relay.

Snowboarding Vancouver 2010 Schedule (February 15-18, 26, 27)
