Vapur Bottles: A Greener Water Bottle

A Product Review

Ashley Webb
What Is Vapur?

Vapur bottles are foldable, environmentally friendly alternatives to bottled water. Vapur makes bottles out of a flexible material so that empty bottles can be flattened, folded, and rolled up so they can easily fit in your bag or even your pocket. The bottles are also freezable, dishwasher-safe, and BPA-free. The bottles come with little carabiner clips so you can attach your bottle to your bag or belt loop.

How Well Do Vapur Bottles Work?

I took my Vapur bottle with me on a hike, to see how it compared with regular bottled water. The first thing I noticed was that the clip made hiking much easier, because I could attach the Vapur bottle to my belt loop and didn't have to hike with a bottle in my hand. I also really liked that once I finished drinking the water I could simply roll up the Vapur bottle and stick it in my pocket for the hike back.

Buying Vapur Bottles

Vapur bottles are relatively new, but I think that they will become more widely available as more people search for greener alternatives to everyday products. Right now, you can buy Vapur bottles online at http://vapur.us/. Each bottle costs $8.95, which initially seems like a lot for a single bottle, but when you realize how much money you can save on bottled water, it is definitely a reasonable price. The bottles are available in blue, pink, green, smoke (grey), and purple so you can choose a color that matches your personal style preference.

The Verdict On Vapur Bottles

I think that Vapur bottles are a great idea for anyone who regularly buys bottled water and is looking for an environmentally friendly and more convenient option. If you buy bottled water on a regular basis, buying a Vapur bottle can save you money and will also save room in your bag, as well as help save our planet.
