Make Baked Veal Burger To Taste
Mix ground veal, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley flakes, salt, worcestershire sauce and egg. Form into a burger and bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven until burger is "as you like it" (i.e. rare, medium rare, medium or well done).
2
Saute Ham - Put Ham and Swiss Cheese on Burger In Oven
Saute ham quickly - about 30 seconds in olive oil in a frying or saute pan. Place the ham on top of the burger in the oven followed by the swiss cheese. Bake about 2 - 3 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve on Roll or French Bread Slices
Bon appetite!
Tip
Use ordinary ground beef to make it a Beef Cordon Bleu Burger ... if you prefer. Don't slice ham thinly or over cook - slice should be about 1/8" thick. Swiss cheese should be 1/4" thick
