1 can black beans
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn
1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup jalapeno
1 or 2 onion, chopped

Combine
Drain most of the liquid from the can of beans and then combine the rest in a bowl.2
Mash
Mash the mixture with a fork, stir until well-blended.3
Fry
Heat oil in a frying pan. Form the mixture into small balls. Flatten slightly and place in hot oil to fry.4
Build sandwiches
