If you have a vegan or vegetarian teenager in your life and you are planning a Christmas stocking for him or her, then you can take comfort in the fact that finding vegan and vegetarian Christmas stocking stuffers for teens is easier than you might think.

Lots of teens love to make a statement and more and more teenagers are becoming vegan or vegetarian at a young age. For those in the Seattle area, pick up some goodies from the Flying Apron bakery in Fremont too. They are vegan and gluten free :) I recommend the chocolate dipped macaroons (feel free to leave some in my stocking).
