A wise, wise man once said "it's five o'clock somewhere." No matter where you are right now or what you are doing, those words conjure up a feeling, a state of mind. It could be the end of the work day. For me, it means happy hour. That time of day when the stress of the work day seems to melt away.

Vegas Happy hour has a special meaning for me. As the Nikki Beach brand has expanded across the globe I have been fortunate to experience and host happy hours in many different countries. Regardless of where you go, people want the same thing, to escape the daily routine with food, drinks and entertainment. Happy hour can be the end of the work day or the kick off to the night.

Our newest venture, Café Nikki at the Tropicana Las Vegas will be launching the sizzling new South Beach Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily beginning Thursday, February 10, 2011. The South Beach Happy Hour will invoke an inviting beach getaway complete with lush landscaping just feet from the sprawling Café Nikki patio. Exotic drinks and delectable tapas-style dishes will complement the music courtesy of world class DJs. There will also be theme nights and special events including art shows and Champagne tastings.

The South Beach Happy Hour was designed for visitors to Las Vegas as well as the hard working Las Vegas locals who live and work near the Tropicana Las Vegas. Las Vegas locals will be eligible for the valuable offers when they sign up for the free Nikki Beach Locals VIP Card.

For more information about the South Beach Happy Hour, check out www.nikkibeachlasvegas.com. We look forward to hosting you at Happy Hour, but just remember to tell only your best friends.
