Vegetable Chicken Pakora

As the Halloween season is round the corner, everything related to it must be fearsome, deadly and quick. Hence what better recipe than a quick, chilly appetizer snack which is a kill for the taste buds and the best Halloween dish? Following are the main ingredients of the dish to get the Halloween party going.

· Few boneless chicken pieces

· Half finely cut cabbage

· 3 potatoes

· 3 tomatoes

· 2 carrots

· Salt

· Red chilly powder

· Pepper

· Turmeric powder

· Garlic and ginger

· 1 egg

· Cornflour

Recipe:

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and boil it in a big vessel along with salt, pepper and a little red chilly powder.

2. Let the chicken boil for appropriate time at low flame.

3. Shred the cabbage into fine pieces and soak in water.

4. Separately boil the potatoes, carrots and tomatoes. Once boiled mash them all finely.

5. Beat the egg in a cup and mix cornflour in it.

6. Finely blend all the above prepared ingredients in the big bowl along with a little salt as per taste.

7. Make small ball like shape rolls and fry them with oil in a pan.

8. Fry them until light brown.

9. Serve the Pakoras with Green chilly sauce and ketchup.

So our delicious Vegetable Chicken Pakoras are ready to be served on platters for the special Halloween party. The pakoras taste best with a cool drink.
