Vegetarian Beef: A Review of Gardein Home Style Beefless Tips
Vegan Beef that Looks and Tastes like the Real Thing
Making your Vegetarian Beef into a Meal
Simply heat a pan with a small amount of healthy oil (e.g. organic safflower oil) over medium-high heat. Add the vegetarian beef tips and saute for a few minutes until the vegetarian beef tips are brown on all sides. Add ingredients like onion, garlic, vegetables and light soy sauce, and serve over brown rice for a complete vegan meal. It's that quick and easy. I can attest to the fact that it actually tastes just like beef and it is delicious. Even my husband thought it was beef when it was fully cooked.

Post a CommentIt won't let me sign in to my account :( Anyway, this is good also b/c if you can't "cook," if it's a bit raw, then it won't hurt ya, 'cause it's vegan. My sister can't "cook," so this would be GREAT for her since she thinks she can cook. I'm glad to know that it does taste like beef. All the celebrities can say that, but it's good to read it from a writer I know.
Sounds good!
Thanks. This sounds delicious and healthy.
