Britt Baker
If you've been wondering where to go for a quaint lunch with your friend during work break or with your kids or partner on the weekend, you'll be sure to find a delightful cafe in the list below. All of these offer vegetarian options, as well as omnivorous plates, that will surely have your mouth watering for more!

Blue Sky Cafe (Bethlehem)

The Blue Sky Cafe offers breakfast and lunch every day of the week, with the exception of Mondays. Some of their interesting vegetarian breakfasts include Jon Solomon's Veggie Stir (with or without eggs), Banana Bourbon French Toast, Frittatas, and a Sweet Potato Quesadilla, and those are just some of the numerous options on their morning menu! For lunch, you can try out their Black Bean and Veggie Quesadilla, the Courgette, their Stella Blue salad, or another one of their vegetarian plates. With the variety on their menus, you'll be sure to find something to satisfy your veggie taste buds here!

Cafe 29 (Emmaus)

Cafe 29 is open every day of the week for breakfast and lunch, with many vegetarian options on each menu. They have traditional egg and omelette breakfasts, but also unique delights, such as Maine Blueberry Pancakes, Apple Croissant French Toast, and Apples and Creme Crepes. Their lunch menu also lists several vegetarian dishes, including their Veggie Lovers Panini, '29 Falafel, and Grown Up Grilled Cheese. They are very accommodating to their patrons as well. Just tell them what you want, and they'll fix it up just for you! Try out their popular Harvest Citrus salad without the chicken or bacon or one of their awesome wraps made with tofu instead of meat! You might even luck out one day when their daily soup or special is vegetarian!

Confetti Cafe (Bethlehem)

Confetti Cafe is located in the heart of Bethlehem, on Main Street and is open every day except Sunday for lunch and dinner. They offer a few vegetarian selections and sometimes vegetarian specials as well. If your having salad with your meal, definitely try out their tasty Peach Vinaigrette! After your meal, you can finish off with one of their specialty sundaes, like the Moravian Mudslide or Carmellita.

Sweet Memories (Emmaus)

Lunch is served at Sweet Memories five days a week, and brunch is served on Sundays. There may not always be too many vegetarian selections as their menu changes weekly, but in the many times I've visited here, I have had not one complaint on the taste of my selection. You can choose any of the homemade desserts from their pastry case to enjoy after your meal. If you're already full, I wouldn't be surprised if you just have to take one home after you see the abundance they offer! Sweet Memories is also a popular choice for birthday lunches, baby showers, or the like. They also have a gift shop upstairs, so feel free to wander up there after your meal.
