2 loaves of stale white bread.
500g Flora margarine.
2 tablespoons ground white pepper.
Large bunch Parsley (has to be fresh)
1 large onion.
Finely chop the large onion and parsley. Using a blender gradually chop down the 2 loaves until course breadcrumbs. Melt the 500g of margarine in mircowave or a saucepan.
In a large plastic bowl, (that fits into mircowave). Put in all the ingredients. Pour over the melted margarine, and mix gradually. When mixed, cover mixture over with clingwrap or put inside clear plastic bag and cook in microwave for eight minutes.
This stuffing can be used to stuff meat, or roll into balls. Can also be molded into loaf .If crispness is prefared, cook in oven for 10-15 minutes on 180o.
Personally the best stuffing around. Also can be frozen.
