Dont feel left out, the following is an quick and simple recipe on how to cook a vegetarian gravy. The taste is just as good as an ordinary one!

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp of Olive oil
-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic or to taste
-1/3 cup thinly cut white onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth
-2 teaspoon soy sauce or to taste
-1 teaspoon sage
-salt and pepper

Method:
1) Add the olive oil to a sauce pan. Simmer on low heat.

2) Add the garlic to the saucepan.

3) Then add the onion, cook it until onions are opaque in colour.

4) Then add the flour and stir thoroughly.

5) Add the vegetable broth little by little and keep stirring.

6) Add the soy sauce while stirring.

7) Bring the gravy to a boil on medium heat.

8) Add the sage for flavour.

9) Add the salt and pepper to taste.
