VegWeb.com Offers Creative New Recipes to Vegetarians

Marli
Becoming a vegetarian means giving up a lot of meals that most people eat everyday. It means finding creative ways to alter certain recipes or creating new ones altogether, which can be hard when you have a busy schedule. Many times, after a hectic day I just throw together whatever is lying around and pass on the creativity, but VegWeb.com has come to help.

VegWeb.com is a website devoted to providing new vegetarian recipes to its users. Other vegetarians have created all of the recipes so there is a wide selection of foods. There are almost 30 main categories to choose from including vegetarian appetizers, holiday foods, and even regional recipes. Other users usually comment on recipes they've tried and they offer changes they made or simply note how good the recipe was.

The Holiday Foods category has helped me so much, I made dishes for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and they were delicious. It's hard to get creative and made something delicious on short notice (well, at least it is for me), so this website was a tremendous help.

Becoming a user is easy, you just sign up, and once you do there are many cool features that VegWeb.com has to offer. My Recipe Box, My Grocery List, and My Meal Planner are my favorite features. Whenever you find a vegetarian recipe you like, you can add it to your recipe box so you can find it again or if you want to make it soon, you can add it to your meal Planner and grocery List to make sure you have all of the ingredients. The good thing about the grocery list is that it'll have every item from every meal you want to cook all in one place so you don't have to carry five pages of recipes around the grocery store.

My Recipe Box has recipes for Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Manicotti, Vegan Mac and Cheese, Vegetable Paella, General Tao's Tofu, Spring Rolls, Cucumber Tomato Salad, and Vegetarian Chilli to name a few. I love the recipes and the variety there is to choose from. My newest addition to My Recipe Box is Pumpkin Oatmeal although I probably won't be making that until autumn.

VegWeb.com also has sections for coupons, articles, and product reviews. Overall, VegWeb.com is a great source for vegetarian and vegan recipes, articles, coupons, and much more. These recipes make cooking so much fun and I can't wait to get into the kitchen to make a new meal!
