3 eggs
1 slice Velveeta cheese

Directions for Velveeta Omelet

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium.

Beat 3 eggs with a fork in a bowl and pour into heated skillet. Cook until omelet is just about set.

Add 1 thin slice of Velveeta cheese. A little goes a long way! Fold one half of omelet over the cheese and cook for a minute or so until the cheese is melted. You can also add other ingredients such as ham, green peppers, etc.

Take a spatula and put the omelet on a plate. Turn off the stove.
Tip
Velveeta cheese melts very quickly so add it just before the omelet is set.
