Victorian Colors Encasing a Room

Harold Dean Sink
Gone are the days of Victorian grandeur.
Gone are the fans of Mark W. Langlois.
Muted colors behind those encased
Within a golden frame well enleafed .

The brightness against the darkness
Is stark raving madness
To some, while others see
Majestic embodiment on a sea of green.

Dark or light woods set the mood
Of any room where anyone could brood.
Metaphysical adoration lingers around.
The antiques in the room are profound.
