Who is Deena Nicole, and why is she a hot trend today? Apparently, Deena Nicole Cortese is the newest Jersey Shore cast member. Fans of the show Jersey Shore, which returns to MTV with Season 2 (Thursday 7/29), will meet Deena Nicole in Season 3. Jersey Shore Season 3 is already in production, and will once again follow The Situation, Snooki, J-Woww and the gang as they covort around beach cities, getting drunk and throwing punches. This time, though, Jersey Shore will also feature the newest "Guidette", Deena Nicole Cortese.

From all reports, and judging by the obnoxious Deena Nicole video leaked by TMZ (link below) and Deena Nicole photos available here, Deena Nicole is a carbon-copy of Snooki, just with a less bubbly personality. Deena Nicole photos show the self-described "bad-ass brunette" with long, dark extensions, a no-nonsense expression on her face and accessories almost as big and loud as her boobs. Almost.

So, how did Deena Nicole get cast on the Jersey Shore in the first place? According to The Hollywood Gossip web site, Snooki and Deena Nicole Cortese were friends, and Snooki hooked her up with MTV Jersey Shore production staff. From all accounts, Deena Nicole will "fit right in" to the controversial Jersey Shore cast. This is not by any means something to be proud of, though Deena Nicole Cortese (photos here) is likely over-the-moon with her excitement.
