The list of nominees for the 62nd Annual Emmy Awards were announced today and Fox's fantastic high school musical series "Glee" earned 19 nods - the most of any series. This is quite an accomplishment for a freshman series. Major category nods for "Glee" include Outstanding Comedy, Outstanding Actress in a Comedy (Lea Michele), Outstanding Actor in a Comedy (Matthew Morrison) and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy (Chris Colfer). The pilot closed with the cast performing an inspired version of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin." It introduced a whole new generation to this awesome song - and launched a TV/pop culture phenomenon.

I'm sure they deserve every award they've been nominated for. I only wish the show was toned down so younger viewers could enjoy it.
