A few months back, Microsoft decided to spill the beans and release information on Fable 2, which all made the game seem totally amazing. Turns out that it would take something like that, since the first Fable game was a total let down seeing as it was very short. Lets take a good look at this game and its many features, starting with its graphics and audio.
Graphics and Audio-
Of course Fable 2 has pretty decent graphics and audio. Sure, it's not the best graphics you've ever seen, and it won't beat current PC graphics, but they're still pretty great. Like most action role playing games though, Fable 2 is slightly cartoon looking. Characters in towns will say funny things to you at times, and you have a number of different ways to react to them, including farting.
Gameplay-
The game play of Fable 2 is actually pretty amazing. You play a young girl or boy (you choose and create your character) as you are thrown into the world of Albion, which seems to be from the colonial era. It follows the basic storyline of most games, someone has done wrong to your family and it's time to get revenge in anyway you can.
That part is boring, however the most exciting part is the fact that your actions change your character and how people in the game react to you. If your character becomes evil, then people will charge you more for supplies, and treat you worse. Although, I will say it's harder to be good for some reason, but for those of you that want to play the hero this game is perfect.
Creativity-
Fable 2 has some of the most creative idea's of any video games out these days. This game will set the standard for years to come, it's many options allow for a complex adventure that anyone could enjoy. There is even a cooperative mode where another player can join in on the fun and split the gold and items from doing quests.
Fun-
Yep, Fable 2 is surely one of the funnest games out there now. Most role playing games get boring after the first time beating them, but in Fable 2 your actions change the game, so all you have to do is play over again and make different choices. Sadly, the ending will still be the same, but you can pick from many options in the game to make it different.
In fact, you can purchase or rent out almost any building in the game if you want, or pick almost any male or female in the game to marry your character and have kids. One wife not enough for you? Then just get another wife or two, it's that simple, and quite fun.
Overall, Fable 2 is a joyride that will be remembered for quite some time. Be sure to check out this game for Xbox 360, whether you rent it or buy it doesn't matter, just give it a shot! I highly recommend it for teen to adult gamers.
