(Video) Grim Sleeper Suspect Had Long Criminal History
According to the Los Angeles Times, Grim Sleeper serial killer suspect Lonnie David Franklin Jr. had a long criminal history before his arrest in the case. In fact, Franklin's criminal record goes back some four decades - but he was never sent to prison. "In most cases, he avoided prosecution or was sent to jail and placed on probation even as law enforcement officers called him a serious criminal and urged prison terms," writes Jack Leonard and Victoria Kim of the Times.
