Basketball superstar LeBron James will announce his free-agent plans Thursday night on ESPN. In 2003 (at the tender age of 18), James was the number 1 pick in the NBA draft and was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers. On July 1, he became a free- agent and has reportedly been courted by the Chicago Bulls, New Jersey Nets and New York Knicks.
