An unidentified person in the House of Representatives during the debate of the health care bill Sunday shouted "baby killer" at the time of Michigan Rep. Bart Stupak's address. As heard in this CNN video of the incident, following the "baby killer" shout, the speaker of the house accused the person as being out of order.

The "baby killer" accusation most likely stems from Rep. Bart Stupak's switch from a "no" vote to a "yes" on the health care reform bill following assurances, the in form of an executive order from President Obama, that no federal funding will go to abortions, as seen in this Associated Press video. The person who shouted "baby killer" has not been identified.
