Following an announcement to shoppers at a New Jersey Walmart demanding "all black people leave the store," company officials with Walmart are investigating the incident to determine who the mystery announcer was and how this person had access to the store's intercom, according to this local news video.
It is unclear at this point whether the announcement came from a Walmart employee or someone outside of the company. According to this local news video, a Walmart customer in the store at the time said it was "the quietest she had ever heard Walmart" following the incident. People have taken to the Internet to express the outrage at the Walmart announcement such as in this video. (Warning: content may be objectionable)
