10 MPH Clip - Illinois Cop

Segway rider Josh Caldwell and director Hunter Weeks get hassled by a cop in Illinois for driving too slow. Apparently there weren't enough speeding motorists that day to keep this cop busy. Instead in his duty to serve and protect the people of Orland Park, he courageously turns to clearing the streets of 10 MPH vehicles.
