Capt. Miguel Dau - Azul Brazilian Airlines Chief Operating Officer - said that there will be traffic control overtax again in 2011 unless the government immediately invest in infrastructure. He was clear: New president Dilma Rousseff has to do what needs to be done - invest in infrastructure.
