A how to video craft tutorial for making 3-D paper snowflake ornaments for holiday and winter decorating. Materials: White paper Scissors String Glue stick Optional: Glitter White glue Self-adhesive rhinestones Start by folding 3/4 inch of the short edge of the paper fold again in the opposite direction until the entire sheet is folded accordion style. Cut a notch on either side of the center of the folded paper and tie one end of the string around it. Cut semi-circles and triangles of varying sizes out of all folded edges. Add a decorative scallop to the ends of the paper. Bend the ends of one side the folded paper around the string and toward each other and use the stick to glue together. Glue the other ends together around the string. If the snowflake bows up oddly when attempting to glue the second side, you will need to cut the ends to about 1 inch down the fold lines to separate the points. If you want, decorate with glitter or rhinestones.
