    keep pushing my sell till 5 a.m!!! I'd rather sleep than waisting 2 hrs & a half from 2:30 till 5:00 pushing myself not to sleep! So i can enjoy the rest of the day

    A group of healthy teen-agers participated in a sleep study. They were all sleep-deprived for 1 week. At the end of the week, the majority of them had developed diabetes. Once they returned to normal sleep patterns, they no longer registered as diabetic.

    Lack of sleep has been linked for years with the development of diabetes in some people. Your suggestion is not a healthy one. Diabetes shortens life and destroys health.

    OMG...4hrs per night...health is not consideration here.
