Your age was 25
It's impossible to be 5 years older than someone when you WERE THEIR AGE. Unless if it's something like it's an animal and it's in dog years or something.
I'm 20 my son is 15. In 5 years I'll be 25 and he will be 20. 20+25=45. It would be a lot harder for a 5 year old to father a child than it was to solve this riddle.
