    That 1/2 card T taped on makes perfect sense. But I guess you can't really let anyone get too close when you show them the trick, eh? Makes it perfect for video and kid shows -- "NO, Grandma!! You have to stay back THERE! NO! GET AWAY! MOM! Grandma's messing with me!!"

    I used to do this when I was a child. You cut another card in 1/2 and tape 1/2 the card to the back of the "full card", then when you have the back facing only you, you flip the 1/2 a card out to make a T shape and you can put anything on top of it.
