Basic Qi Gong Exercise 2
For Health, Vitality and a Long Life
Inhale as you raise your arms, then exhale as you lower them in the way shown. Hold the cupped hands position for 3 breaths, your arms forming a circle. Now inhale and stretch the chest, opening it up as much as possible, then exhale as you push forwards, inhale, and the exhale as you push upwards, inhale, and exhale again as you push out to the sides and hold this for 3 full breaths.
