Muscle Targeting is a very important part of bodybuilding. Muscle Targeting is when you target an area on your body and just concentrate solely on it. You split your body into parts and work on just those parts during the day, so today I'm going to show you how to concentrate on your legs and what exercise you can possibly do to target leg muscles. The first thing you want to do when targeting your legs is warm up. It could be running some kind of light lifting but basically anything that will get your blood flowing.The best exercise, hands down (it has been proven)is jump rope. Doesn't matter what kind of pattern you use one foot or two the main thing is to do it from 1 to 4 minutes to get your blood flowing. You want to do about 3 sets. The first exercise you are going to do after warm up is leg press. This exercise concentrates on the quadriceps the front of the legs.
