Christmas Quiche with Red and Green Veggies
Sharing Some of My Favorite Recipes
This quiche is an adaptation of a recipe I found in St. Louis years ago. To commemorate the holidays, I used all red, green, and some white veggies: green zucchini, green, broccoli, green asparagus, white cauliflower, red peppers, and red tomatoes.
