BTW, my brain is only halfway working today, and had to go take a look at my article on seasoning cast iron to make sure I wasn't missing some detail, and saw your "related" video on my page. This is a great video on how to clean them. I usually use Dawn to clean mine.
I have wondered how to properly wash these without damaging them. Great demonstration video!
