Conolog Tumbles 49%, Nasdaq to Delist Shares at Wednesday's
Conolog (CNLG) says on January 31, it received notification that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel has determined to delist the Company's securities from The NASDAQ Stock Market, effective with the open of business on February 2 due to the Company's non-compliance with the minimum $2.5 million stockholders' equity requirement. Shares hit a 52-week low of $0.18.
