Post a CommentThe Visitation for the summer of 2011 was only one meeting or visit, and it did not go well for the parents or the minor # INJ021609. This visit was very sad, and the behavior of the state’s representatives of this one specific state government agency is in question. Do we take the time to see if the actions were justified on any level of decant people that care and are compassioned as well? Stop to look at the other side of the coin, and give the benefit of doubt, in place in the best interest of the young angry minors, and their behavior that may have come in play as assault to parents, or others. There had been a court order placed June 7,2011 that they parents were to continue to get the steps done that had been mandated by the courts for the release of the minor back to his parents.
The event that occurred on June 14, 2011 at the Banning, California Location of the Riverside County DPSS-CPS/Mid County at 901 E. Ramsey, 92220 between the gods of the county of Riverside, at the Children Protection Services location, and the family of the minor #injo21609. Gods work for the state department thus named, they create life for the minors and the parents by the tall tales of their world for their best interest, from my stand point, it is not healthy for the others they rule with their tales or stories if you like, we can call them that as well. The fact remains, that because of the documents they have created, this family is still not reunited, and the services request have been complete, and still this minor is in state confinement with in this government agency, because of their creations. How is this still possible in America?
This was the day that the parent (father), just wanted to get more pictures of his minor, that he got so excited, that he may have gotten a picture of the Godlike Creature that works at the location of Children Protection Services, Peter Bricarello-8172, who was not very unhelp full during the visit, and the minor was very angry and disrespectfully to his parents, and the other family members that were also present.
The mother wanted to know how the minor had spent the last day of school. Not only did the parents not have that information, they were not even told where their minor was attending school. The minor was rude and disrespectful, and he talked as if he did not need to answer and it was an odd question for a parent to want to share that day with her child, with the story of what had happen, since she was not told where that school was or any useful information at all. It was just something to talk about for conversation, no harm was intended, and it was a shock to see it may have been considerate bad taste to ask the question. I am still not clear why it was not okay.
Peter was not interacting with this supervised visit except to play with his cellphone, Steven Jay, present and he got angry, because why was Peter there if not to maintain calm and a normal level of respect from the minor to his parents? Manners are one of the things that should always be promoted by adults to minors and display of respect is a simple act to be given because of age and position in life. Manners that were displayed were accepted by Peter, because he lack of comment and his attention were not present to set that stage of respect, needed for human factors to be address, maybe never to be consider at all as a part of life according to his point of view, and how he views his self and his position today and always. This behavior was approved by Peter and his lack of any attention to the behavior he allowed and accepted as okay.
The mother left after hearing her son talking at her, as if she had horns on her head, to go across the street to get chicken to eat during the visit. Otherwise the mother, had expressed, just could not take the presentence of the social worker that was there to maintained the distant created by Children Protection Services, for the parents of the minor. Distactment was the desired response that this agency promotes; distant in family relationships is what they desired between family members, so the minors stay within their confinements until 18, to be kicked out without resources. This was the reason Peter was there.
More visits are permitted if minors go to kiddy jail. This agency wants to keep each and every minor until they are 18, and they can create the documents to maintain them there, being houses and killed (their futures, their relationships with extended family) by the day, by keeping them there. Pictures were taken, Peter got upset because he did not want his picture taken, and he chases the father out of the office. Yelling and screaming, was the manner that Peter choose that day, the reaction was a heart attack for the minor’s father, or how close to that point the stress of the encounter was headed towards, it seemed to be the reaction Peter was wanted. His reaction, appear to cause distress to both parents, family members present, and the minor, they agreed the actions of this social worker created. The father had minor’s dog (golden lab) outside tied to the bumper of his truck, while Peter ran after he father talking about taking the camera and the father was running scared away towards dog that needed to be untied and reloaded in the back of his truck, and also working his self into a heart attack it appeared to the others watching this drama unfold. Minor # INJ021609, told Peter to stop yelling at his father and to leave him alone.
When Ben Brandon came out to witness this scene in the parking lot on the side of the Banning location, he started to yell and chase father into his truck. He then turned on the minor to tell him, that his father was crazy, and he tried to force his point of view on the minor at that time. But the minor’s mother spoke to Ben Brandon, and told him that his point of view was not required just the minor’s, and we are going to listen to what he has to say. The mother went on to tell Ben Brandon, what he and Peter had just done was not the correct way to behave. How can you preach anger management, when you handle your anger in this matter? How can this scene that was created by Peter and excused, by Ben, and in passing you do not help at all to get group back to calm. So this is the kind of behavior and actions on how to handle a sad situation that got out of control starting with the lack of respect for the people there for a chance to see their son that is still confined in Children Protection Services as a ward of the state. Believe me this minor has learned all the desired life lessons, on how to maintain anger, and return home, Peter and Ben, control the documents that they create to keep minors in confinement in their agency. These two are in California, and it is an issue that has to be corrected here, and now is the time for change. Ready to assist in the changes needed to start over for this family trapped within the gods of Children Protection Services as guides.
After the father was able to contain the dog, and get him back in to truck, Peter was still running around talking about the camera, and how this father of this minor was able to prevent his self for the over power manner, with the force of the demand of Peter for the personal camera of this minor. If you ask Peter or Ben what happen that day, the father got violent, and the police were called. This is the story that was created by Peter and Ben to cover up their actions, with the story of their creation, when Peter left to get a new kidney, the excuse were used that the parents abandoned the minor and refused to visit, because the bright godlike creatures that run Children Protection Services did not have a backup plan for the case load of Peter Bricarello, so the parents and the minors are blamed to cover their self-interest in this minors confinement within this system.
I was there as a third party to witness the disgrace and the bad behavior of these two creatures that believe their waste products that they push out daily is a gift to be shared. Their story about the events of that day have been created in their best interest, and does not reflect the actually events that did occur. Tall Tales that were created to lie and to damage the family connection for a period of over 5 months, so that Peter could find a kidney, he did and he was not able to work, so his work was not done with the minors and the parents in his case load. Peter and his boss have been telling the story that the parents, got discouraged, and left. The parents abandoned, disserted and refused are used in regards to why the judge’s orders for the visits and the phone calls for these displace members of the #INJ02609. In the best interest of the minor and the parents, this agency should have been able to find a replacement for the 5 month period while Peter was getting his new kidney. Why do the parents and the minor have to pay price of the replacement of a kidney needed for the assign social worker? Did this agency think, while he was on his behind getting better, he was also working? Was he getting paid on this minors’ dime for the health issues for this social worker?
How does the health of one Peter Bricarello -8172 at 9519227815, have the right, and in whose interest is this best for, the behavior suggest it was self-interest, and why does the parents and the minors in his case load have to carry the tall tales that has been create in a sorry attempt to cover someone behind. Tall Tales are not allowed when the rights and lives are at stake for the leaders that are still in growth. Please tell me how this is allowed to happen in the Bright Sunny State of C California, when life is a beach then you expire. How is this social worker allowed to go a dig dirt on the Parents at the Federal Buildings in Loma Linda, California for health records, without limits, how is the privately acts are not present to prevent these types of mean people to keep families apart? Are there no laws in place to protect the weak, simple, and the young from government on the state level social workers from breaking laws to keep families apart? How and when does the rebirth occur? When can a person start over? Penance has been done, this family was broken when Children Protection Service created a tall tale to confine this minor in their system, and at no cost will he be release because he was branded with $$$ for Christmas 2010 by the foster family and the parents were not allowed to visit at all!!! Help to correct these wrongs created by the not so happy full people that run Children Protection Services. It has not been a good encounter at all, the minor was sexually assaulted at Julie Lee’s house in Desert Hot Springs, and then he was sent down the street to get sexually assault on a daily basis. His cousin, Shastic Brenagh is a loose woman who likes her boobs to hang out for the men to water at the mouth, if you know what I mean. She is a hootie Mama to everybody on the street where she grew up. I am not writing anything that is not common information for this state employee. You do not take a 14 year old out on date every Thursday, because you need a boyfriend. She branded this minor for Christmas with $$$ in his head, but Peter had pink glasses on that month and did not see the $$$$ in this branded minor for the money from the state, the money from foster care , and the money for free sex on the state’s dime. He was a second cousin, sex for a light skin; black minor was an open season for sex in house. Why not? Hoostie mama is free and open for all, was the term meaning I thought? Correct me if I am wrong, what is the term for a woman like that? Her as the foster parent was done for the social security benefits to be release to private party, to give it to the Children Protection Agency because only a private party could remove those dollars.
This act alone on Children Protection Servicers ended the family funds for the housing that had been in place, the father used money to house his family, with the act approved by Peter Bricarello and Ben Brandon of the Riverside, Banning, California location, they had found a way to steal the minor, and the social security benefits that the father had for his son. These acts were done in the best interest of the minor from their point of view, not in mine and not in the parents, and not in the future for this minor to be reunited with his family. This act insured that this minor would not have the same home he left. The father is weird and he is different and does not fit the normal peg for being a parent. He cannot learn the desired lessons in the state mandated classes, according to Paullina Oceana of the Indio, California location of Catholic Service ( not alliance with any Catholic Churches, and none of the social workers are that faith either, why play on the name and mislead people), remembers this minor’s father, and he stand out of the 15 people that she has taught in the last year (Jan 2011 to March 2012) every 16 weeks is how her time works for the state mandated classes, in the city of Desert Hot Springs. Paulina also does in house parenting classes for the slow, simple, mentally channels and the veterans with special needs. Pauline is a great judge and jury for the parents that goes and takes her classes, the father was remembered because he took both of her classes, one in house and one with the masses on Monday from 5-6pm, every 16 weeks it restarts, #INJ021609 father was too something to learn, and he does not and has not apply information learned. She was the teacher and the judge and the jury, and she wrote in documents to the court, reviewed by Judge Lawrence P. Best on March 7,2012, keep minor because father to slow to learn and he took classes and he did not learn how to use skills as required. Keep minor in confinement in Children Protection Service. This is the in the best interest of the minor, according to the self interest in the monetary consideration that is provided with the retention of this minor, college was promised until the age of 21, by Peter Bricarello to stay, who interest was the offer given for and at what cost?
Now tell me who is ready to go to bat and assist to correct the damage that is done, and still in process and the parents, and the minor of this report, is still in confinement in Children Protection Services as a ward of the state of California. Why? Why was he removed, why did the services promise has not been delivered? How is it possible in America in the Sunny Sky’s Most of the time in Sunny California, these actions that have been conducted on behalf of this great state, over and over again, are they some kind of Gods above the law, and all their actions are excusable? Please tell me that this is not the case, and you have an interest in the types of people products that are created based on these foundations. Keep minors in confinement within Children Protection Service, is in the best interest of the minors already there, and those yet to come. The system that is in place always works, right?
