FAA Reportedly Allowing Boeing 777s to Fly
The Federal Aviation Administration is reportedly allowing 130 Boeing (BA) 777 jets to keep flying despite warnings about their safety. The Wall Street Journal is reporting today that despite reports from crash investigators and pilots that the planes Rolls Royce engines can ice up and stall in midair, the FAA will allow them to continue to fly through 2011.
