Geocaching. The word Geo meaning geographical and the word Cache meaning hidden, Geocache refers to an object (or container holding log book) that is hidden somewhere on the Earth.

Geocashing is a land use game-treasure hunting. But whose treasure?
The real aspects of it is like hunting for oceanfloor treasures, forest and the likes.
Where these facilities are not available or accessible, you can hide your own junk and friends will try to find it.
I have written a project paper on geocashing as unofficial manipulation of land use resources. Who cares; it is still a game.
Geocashing has a good history in African culture (Ibos in Nigeria). If you wnat to read more of this culture write me at:. Integer7@netzero.net
    Enjoy your day.

I read about this a year or so ago and was really intrigued! Until I get a GPS, maybe I can just hide my junk and let people come find it and take it away. LOL

GPS = Global Positioning System. It's a small device that helps you find places using satellites.

Interesting, though I am still not sure what a GPS is. I agree with you that it is cool to have something techy that will get you out of the seat now and then.
